It was a great authentic Thai massage and I was a little sore afterwards, but after the soreness went away, so did my lower and upper back pain. I could literally feel the masseuse working out the knots in my upper back. I will be going back, as the massage I received was well worth it. She can be gentle when I had no pain or strong for deep tissue massage for my shoulder and back after my work out. She worked on every knots I had. She uses very high quality of essentials. I wasn’t sure what to expect but for me, she provided a deep tissue massage that’s done on a plush, comfortable mattress on the ground, with pillows to aid in my comfort (this is a very basic way to explain it). Since the mat is wide, it allows the lmt to kneel/sit/stand where she needs to get the best possible position to give a great massage.
