I placed an online order just to receive a phone call to say they didn’t have what we ordered and that they cancelled my order and my money would be refunded in 3-4 business days. Over $60 instead of simply calling to ask if I’d rather have something different. Then before I could even ask for a replacement for my order the phone hung up. When I tried calling back someone picked the phone up and apparently sat it down because I heard background noise for nearly 5 minutes and when I finally got tired of trying to say hello I tried calling back and the phone was left off the hook giving a busy signal. I tried for well over 20 minutes to call back each time getting a line busy tone. More...

My family dined here tonight and we enjoyed FANTASTIC service and food. I wish I would have grabbed our servers name, but he was awesome. He helped us choose between a few items in the menu and our drinks were always full. He checked in regularly with our table and just did a great job overall. Our table ordered the Southern Belle Burger, Porky Bucket, and Brickhouse Bucket. Everyone raves about how great their food tasted. They also have “real” sweet tea- which is a big deal for me 😉 Although we are not from the area (currently camping at Cloudland Canyon) we will make a point to visit again because everything was that great.
