The Creole Spaghetti and Creole Trio Pie are my signature dishes they both come in mild or spicy
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I talk to my client and find out what they like and go through my options for them and tailor my menu for their preferences
What do you love most about your job?
The look of enjoyment after the first bite. The satisfying look when someone is truly happy from trying my food makes me feel great.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion for making different delicious meals. My family and friends were a great motivator for me to do this professionally.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have always utilized safe and sanitary precautions when preparing and delivering my products from keeping clean and sanitary work stations and being the only one who handles the food from cooking to delivery
