What do you love most about your job?
Fitness has changed my life not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. It has helped me grow tremendously. Being able to help provide this for others whether it's getting them started or continuing their own fitness journey is so rewarding. I have met some wonderful people and built strong relationships through the fitness community!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always had a passion for physical activity, health, and helping others. I started out in a nursing program and realized that it was just not what I wanted with my life. Coming from a long athletic background, and having my career ended early with a serious ACL tear requiring surgery, I fell in love with the recovery journey. Fitness took me out of a dark place. I started with just a social media page, and quickly saw how much I helped people by just posting and responding to questions. I am very passionate about it so I changed my major and committed to making it a business.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The gym that I train at provides sanitation stations, and I will wear a mask upon request. I am also fully vaccinated.
In-Person Training ($45/ 1hr seasion)
In-person training is a completely hands on experience. Seth explains and demonstrates proper technique and plans your workout for you! People often spend half of their time figuring out what exercises to do and how to do them. Through this experience, you’ll learn how an exercise routine works, learn which exercises work for which body part, proper form, and get some of the best workouts of your life! We will practice a variety of techniques to enhance your strength, mobility, stability, and performance. We want to help you build a better relationship with exercise. Our goal is to make you look forward to exercise, not dread it. This is why we always ask about your style preference and always take feedback. It’s as simple as picking the days/times that work best for you and booking the appointment.
Online Fitness Coaching ($250/month)
Online coaching is the perfect solution for individuals who need accountability, structure (both exercise diet), and someone to communicate with 24/7. We create a program personalized completely for you after you fill out the questionnaire. By personalizing the program, and creating this type of access to me, the goal is to educate and provide you with various tools so that you can integrate these healthy behaviors into your life while also comprehending the process itself.
You will get access to a completely customized app on your phone where everything you need is in one place, nutrition logging, exercise routines (with video demonstration), check ins, and much more.
NOTE: Nothing is a prescription. If you do not like something or something does not feel right, it can always be tweaked. There is more than one path to success. Your input is important! We want this to be maintainable.
