After reading reviews on the "lack of flavor" I can strongly disagree! The Vegan Pad Thai was very flavorful and with the addition of the lemon it helped to amp up the flavors even more! I added the crispy Tofu to mine. The portion is huge! I could only eat half hahah. Very quiet inside and the waiter was nice! If you are Vegan or Vegetarian, just ask for the Vegan/Veg menu to see your options (which is a lot!). More...

My family and I shared a relaxed and delicious dinner at Thai Time Asian Bistro. We were impressed with their extensive selection, considering the size of their kitchen! They offer all types of eating options - omnivorous, gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan. We found the waitstaff was patient and friendly...we didn't feel rushed! The food met everyone's expectations...we'll be back! More...

When the simple things -- jasmine rice, say -- are delicious, it makes one hopeful about what's to follow. And Thai Time fulfills those hopes admirably. The chicken and lamb satays? Order extra. The papaya salad? A great accompaniment to anything, and equally great on its own. Yes, you've had fried calamari before -- but not in a sauce like this. Ditto for the cream cheese wonton with crabmeat. We ordered delivery, and our food arrived promptly and hot. We look forward eagerly to trying more of the menu, at home and at the restaurant. More...

I had no great hopes based on some previous reviews, but wound up loving it! It just goes to show that people may be looking for different things. For example, I find some Thai restaurants use overly sweet and syrupy sauces. At this place, they were light and subtle - but also delicious. Others may find this subtlety "lacking in flavor." It definitely wasn't super spicy, so I'd recommend asking for that explicitly if spicy is your thing. The ingredients are really fresh, the veggies are plentiful and cooked just right. At so many Thai places around here, vegetables are sad little overcooked afterthoughts. Not here. Loved the green beans especially. They were also not measly with the shrimp. We enjoyed:Pumpkin curry with shrimpBistro fried rice with chicken (bacon...yum)Eggplant basil Drunken noodles (perfect example of a dish that is often way too sweet) More...

We came to Thai Time  with some specific vegan requests- no salt, oil, or sugar- SOS free.  The chef and server graciously helped us.  We had the fresh spring rolls, which were fresh and delicious filled with carrots, red cabbage,  cucumber, mint, and lettuce.  They were delicious.  We also asked for steamed veggies and a side of brown rice.  They were perfect, and presented as a beautiful presentation.  The peanut sauce that came with the spring rolls is not SOS free, but we did taste it, and it is delicious as a condiment.  I would totally recommend Thai Time if you are  vegan or looking for a fresh veggie centered meal. Had a change of heart after today. I truly enjoy the food here. The freshness, the taste! Last time I left a 3 star review due to the customer service. I was wondering if I was recognized from my review? That has happened before. Today, water was refilled 3 times,"how is your meal?" "Can I bring you something else?""Would you like dessert?"Here is more water.....lolToday's service seemed to be cranked up a notch. SPRING ROLLS :These may have become my new favorite spring rolls. They are $10 but totally worth it ! Do you know when you order spring rolls and they're stuffed with noodles and little freshness? These are the total opposite. Â These rolls are packed with tons of veggies, very fresh and pack a crunch. So stuffed, it's an entire meal! They are accompanied with a delicious peanut sauce. Some of the best I've had in a while. PRINCESS PAPAYA SALAD:A generous portion of sweet green papaya. Accompanied by other fresh tomatoes and green beans. Today, I added shrimp and came with 5 on top. This is my new favorite dish! I was searching for a vegan restaurant in the area and the only one in the area was closed. So I ended up going Thai (can't go wrong with Thai). Parking is tough in the area but the food was well worth the walk.I ordered the Siamese rolls, coconut soup with soft tofu and green curry with crispy tofu. The rolls were large and crispy served with a nice sweet and sour sauce. The coconut soup was "milky" and a little tarty from the lemongrass I assume. The taste wasn't what I expected but I was pleasantly surprised. Inside the soup are: mushrooms, carrots, scallions, onions and tofu.Inside the green curry are: bell peppers, broccoli, crispy tofu, carrots, onions, zucchini and green beans.Lastly, while I waited for my to-go order to be cooked, I was served a glass of cucumber-strawberry water that was so refreshing and pleasant. Came here with a friend on his recommendation. Â VERY much enjoyed my noodle dish and he enjoyed his ginger dish. Â We were eating dinner and the portions were good sized and I had left overs for later. Â Restaurant was not busy. Â I was very happy to see they were offering free meals to first responders from the wildfire crisis. Â The next day I returned here with my mother for lunch. Â The lunch portions were nearly the same size as the dinner portions, but her ginger dish came with white rice too, making it even bigger. Â She said the rice also cut the ginger taste somewhat so she found it pleasantly gingery but not strongly gingery (my friend had said it was heavily ginger tasting to him). Â Overall we were both very pleased and expect to return. Â Happy they have vegan options on the menu and their spring rolls were very tasty too, but cannot be customized, which was disappointing as it means they're just made up ahead of time and no one can make you a 100% fresh rolled one. Â Accompanying peanut sauce was very slightly spicy, a 1 on a scale of 0 to 10. Â I ate it but would have preferred a 0. Â Service was good. Â Our server was polite and professional and checked on us a few times through the meal. Â Restaurant was clean and comfortable. Â Easy to find location, though you have to park somewhere else. Â There are a few public (pay) lots near by. More...
