If you're looking for a quick bite around the Westford/Littleton area, I highly recommend Thai on the Fly. The food is excellent, great service from the staff, and the inside is decorated beautifully to make you feel in Thailand. Got delivery. I've been looking for good pad Thai. Well I found GREAT pad Thai. Food was great. Delivery was fast. Website was the easiest to order from. Oh and take there spice scale seriously. Thai on the fly is just delicious! Authentic Thai food made by a Thai chef and made fresh to order! They do delivery as well as order ahead for pick up. The second you walk in the door, the atmosphere is very inviting. The staff are all super friendly, and more than willing to help you find something on the menu that fits your taste. The food is prepared relatively quickly, and always tastes absolutely amazing. I have never had a bad meal from this place. And the prices aren't half bad either.Also, make sure you realize that their spicy food really is SPICY. Any dish, even their signature spicy dishes, can have level 1-5 spiciness added to it. I usually get level 5 spiciness (usually their awesome Pad Thai), but only because almost everything thing I eat is spicy. The food is phenomenal. Hands down, the best Thai food in Massachusetts and as good (and better!) than Thai food in Southern California. The tom kha is brimming with vegetables and perfectly enfused with flavor. The curries and noodles are just delicious. The mango sweet, sticky rice and Thai iced tea were a perfect indulgence. The food is delicious, a bit on the sweet side for some dishes. The duck is so tender, I wish I ordered more. I didn't notice though the chef's special sauce (cook with duck, and some veggie) is spicy, and it is too much for our family taste, but the duck is still very good. I wish the flat noodle dish has more Thai basil flavor though, that's the Thai flavor I miss, and feel that would differentiate Thai flavor vs general Chinese restaurant flavor. More...

Seriously some of the best food I've had anywhere, never mind just Thai. I love that the sauces aren't the Americanized, heavy, gooey sauces you find at most asian establishments. The ingredients are fresh and Chef Niddy cooks up the real deal. We've order across the menu at this point and (although the curries are my favorite) everything has been amazing. I find myself messaging the staff after each meal just to say thanks! Can't wait to continue to explore the rest of the menu! Worth a trip even if you don't live nearby! More...

We ordered takeout from Thai on the Fly out of curiosity. Normally we have to go to Thai Jasmine on route 110 in Chelmsford for Thai food, so we were excited a Thai restaurant was opening 5 minutes driving from where we live. We ordered two lunch specials, with our side choice of dumplings. The ordering process online isn't difficult, but for some reason currently doesn't work with Firefox. After figuring that out, we switched to Google Chrome and the order was processed without a problem. Additional issues with the online ordering: I wasn't prompted to choose whether I wanted steamed or fried dumplings. I remember I looked for the steamed option because I don't love deep fried dumplings, but I gave up.We ordered two entrees: Pad Khing and Pad Thai. I really didn't like the vegetable mixture in the Pad Khing and probably wont order it again. It directly reminded me of canned stir fry vegetables available at the supermarket (baby corn, onion, bean sprouts, *soggy*). I think this dish could benefit from more meat and a smaller selection of vegetables. There are also some small pieces of ginger in the sauce, which my mom didn't love, but I like ginger sauces like that.The pad thai was very average for me. I like a little more flavor than what this one had. I realized on day 2 when reheating leftovers that there was also quite a lot of oil used in making this pad thai because it kind of congealed together in the fridge. I might suggest not making it so oily.Overall, I'd say try this place. Ordering online will hopefully be improved soon, but for now use Google Chrome and it's easy. It gives you a wait time and the food was ready when we got there. Quantity of food is good, prices are good, and diversity of menu choices is also decent. I have to say that Christopher and Niddy have done an amazing job planning for their first month open. The menu is showcased by the fantastic and authentic food coming out of the kitchen from Chef Niddy. All of the staff is very nice and approachable. I stress the approachable because I truly feel that many take out places have very stuffy employees that really don’t want to be at work any day of the week. Thai on the Fly has the opposite because of the style and personality of the restaurant. For our first meal we truly had the best Thai Cuisine experience ever. Molly is 3 and very picky, but did not slow down when she was eating her Chicken Pad Thai with a side of Pad Med Ma Muang. Meghan was equally overly satisfied with her meal of the same. Meghan used to have Thai food multiple times a month from various places at her last job and this was her favorite by far. As for me, I had some of the Chicken Pad Thai and have to say it was the lightest and cleanest Pad Thai I have ever had. My Pad Kra Pow was spot on and I had to finish it.
