These guys are so efficient and friendly. Prompt and on time. They mounted our 55" TV in no time. Showed us how to use it and adjust its position. Cleaned everything up. Update 12/13/2021I'm updating this review... I do want to say the owner Jamel contacted me personally and talked with me. He said he would be out Monday to look at it and he did . He truly tackled this situation with no issues and problems. I am NOW very happy with the install and the way things look... :) I do appreciate his kind, prompt and courteous service. He was very professional and fixed the problem accordingly. I'm truly happy and I would definitely recommend this service. Customer Service is always key with me and he lived up to that. THANKS Jamel I was very dissappointed with this service. I set up my service for a wireless install. Upon arrival the tech said we may have a problem. He said something like. The cable wall plate will have to be moved. I said okay how much is that. He said about another 150 or 175 something of that nature. I said No I don't want to pay that. He said we will have to do the white strip to cover the wires. I said ok. Lets do that then. Now I had my cable, soundbar, and game system(xbox) hooked up to my tv. They hooked up everything except my XBOX. I should have checked the set up but I wouldn't have figured they were not going to attach my game system back to my tv, until I noticed the hdmi wire on the floor not attached to anything. So I noticed it was not the game system. So I immediately called them back after I noticed that it was not hooked up, and I said that you forgot to add my game system. He said oh yeah you have to plug that in. I said I did not want that wire shown and he said honestly I did not know you wanted that hooked up. That would need to be mounted. I said I wante EVERYTHING hooked up that was attached to my TV. If it it needed to be mounted. Why wasn't that mentioned like you saw the cable plate in the wall. So I said I did not want ANY wires shown. Can you add another strip or take the sound bar wire out. He said yes, I can come back Sun and take a wire out. He said I will can come around 11 but I will call you 1st. Guess what no phone call, no technician. I wasted my whole day missed church. Called the next day, and he said my apologies. I can come by before the end of the day, and guess what nothing again. I called again that day, and no answer. I called 2 days later no answer. I must have been blocked. I had my frien called from my phone the next day and again nothing. Very unprofessional. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Now I have to hire another professional to come and fix the white strip and fix what I have originally paid for. Honestly for what I paid. I could have done this myself. Very dissapointed. More...
