We hired Kody to fix our foundation. They job was not done correctly, he said they would come back to fix any problems, noting himself there was still more work to be done. I should have withheld some of the payment until it was all fixed, my mistake, Kody was so kind I trusted him. Kody came back once to look everything over, then said as soon as his crew finished the job they are on he will have them correct the foundation issues. That was a year ago, no one every came out. Kody does not answer nor return my calls. Before we signed the contract he was amazing, once we paid him in full he didn't live up to his promises or warranty. I would stay away from this company.
