Michelle is completely awesome. She made our trip planning so incredibly simple even beyond the wine tours itself making valuable recommendations on where to stay, visit, and eat. I loved the personal touch, calling ahead to ensure we are all set for arrival and even pivoting/adjusting the day of based on our feedback.
