Sobriety Coaching
Changing your habits around drinking takes time. If you have been drinking for years as I did…that’s a lot of practice with alcohol. I will help you unravel all of those years of bad habits in the most effective way possible. It takes work but it will be worth it, I promise! The way you will see results is by working with me for the next three months. Don’t worry, I will be there with you every step of the way. I know you want this to stick, I do too, so let’s get started!

It is important to me that you see results, therefore the goal is total abstinence from all alcohol for the next 90 days. I know this might seem impossible right now but I know you can do it! We will take it day by day and sometimes even moment to moment, I will be there with you every step of the way.
Text message support is included and I will try to get back to you as soon as possible. If you are in crisis I will refer you to a crisis hotline.
