Terry Holmes was just the coach I needed! I was looking for a change of mindset. I had negative thoughts running around in my head that were keeping me from engaging wholeheartedly in relationships with people that were close to me and also friendships I wanted to maintain but keep a distance and set boundaries. When I met Terry via zoom, she spent an hour talking to me and getting to know me. I liked her straight-forwardness and her ability to help me keep my chin up and stay focused. Her personality was versatile and I felt comfortable with her. We reached realizations through our sessions that helped me get unstuck in my ways of thinking, showed me perspectives I would have never been able to see through. I can catch my thoughts a little easier because before these sessions, it was like 5 tv's channel changing at the same time. I can catch myself thinking a negative thought and asking myself the validity of this thought. I %100 recommend Terry.
