Hi had a mobile order placed an hour and a half before pick up and i go to pick it up and it is not ready. I am told 5 to 15 minutes where then I asked for a refund as I was on my lunch hour. Then when the gentleman asked his manager to come up by me and perform that request he was snapped back on saying he don’t have time for me and shushed the gentleman away! Then I waited eight more minutes for the gentlemen so give me a refund were then I overheard them saying all orders if places are taking more than a half hour. I was offered no apology or nothing just told there is no time for me from the manager. used to come here twice a week to feed a family of 5- I will NEVER ever recommend or come here again so unprofessional!!!!! Manager GAlen Sullivan-it’s managers like you that make businesses fail! You guys are never busy when I come you would think you would want to keep the customers- especially loyal and returning ones not just ones coming to try it out for the 50% off curbside pick up! Besides the fact that when they come for curbside you’re not gonna be out there delivering their food because you are behind in allowing them to keep placing order!!!!! More...

This was mine and my husband's first time, ordering purchasing two custom bowls. The bowls were delicious, and the young lady who took care of us at 12:15 pm, today, was very nice and friendly! We will be back there again, soon:-) Thank you and Merry Christmas! More...
