Eating good has never been a trend. In fact, it’s a way of life. For us, it’s teriyaki—a dish that’s been around since the dawn of time (we think).
At Teriyaki Madness, we’ve devoted ourselves to that way of life. On paper, we’re an Asian-inspired, fast-casual concept that serves made-to-order teriyaki bowls with fresh ingredients, house-made sauces and perfectly marinated and grilled meats.

Eating here while traveling on an 18 hour drive was the best choice of the trip. The two gentlemen work were cheerful and helpful. My wife and be indecisive and he helped her get everything she wanted by putting items on the side and offering samples. We were the only ones in the restaurant for a short time and the two staff were talking to each other and seemed to genuinely be enjoyable people. The food was good. Who doesn't want to open up their own business? This was a great concept that served really delicious food so there was no question on starting up this business.
