What do you love most about your job?
I love to see clients have "A HA" moments. This tells me I am doing my job and you now can see something from a new perspective. New perspectives allow us to heal and grow as a person. It always makes my heart sing!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 30 years of working in the mental health and substance abuse fields it was time for me to return to private practice. I believe it is the best avenue for me to use my skills and training to help others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) in Colorado. I also possess certification as a Transformational Life Coach.
I combine my traditional therapy training with my life coach approaches to help you become the best you can be!
My style is direct, yet compassionate. We will work together to get the results you want.
