Teresa is the best! I have been working with her for a year and I mostly go to her for emotion code work. It had made such a difference in my life to release trapped emotions and unhealthy stories that had been programmed into my consciousness. My experiences working with Teresa have been nothing short of phenomenal! There is no “fluff” here, she quickly identifies what is at the root of my issues and immediately gets to work helping me to dig it all up and clear it out. Through our sessions I have been able to identify the thoughts and patterns from my childhood that are no longer serving me in adulthood. With the help of EFT, I am now working to replace those detrimental habits with new, productive actions. I have seen tremendous improvement in both my mood and my outlook since I have begun this journey. I truly believe that a great therapist/healer doesn’t focus on “fixing” you, but rather guides you in the path of fixing yourself. Teresa is truly an amazing soul. 10 months ago the universe brought her into my life at my absolute lowest point. She healed me, then taught me how to heal myself, and finally held space while I did just that. Without her I wouldn’t be who I am today...a much happier and healthier person! I attended her Reiki I class and it was the most powerful experience of my life. I plan on finishing my Reiki II and Master classes with her. I can’t imagine learning from anyone else.
