Hibachi Soul Chicken that is marinated for 12 to 24 hours and infused with bold flavors.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I customize the menu based on the options my clients choose. I also have vegan options for my clients.
What do you love most about your job?
I just love to cook for people and create memories by providing a hibachi experience in their backyard
What inspired you to start your own business?
It's always been my dream to cook for others professionally in their homes. It creates a more personal experience.

I provide a Hibachi Soul food dining experience like no other. My flavors are bold and I don't focus on the show, but the food and my clients 100% satisfaction. I am a mobile hibachi chef so I provide the same service you can get in a Japanese Steakhouse with a soulful flavored infusion. We do backyard hibachi in Ohio so you can have the same experience in your backyard that you would have at a traditional hibachi restaraunt.

Staff will wear a mask at all times and maintain the proper distance. I also wear gloves and I am a
ServSafe Certified.

Teppan Soul On Site Catering Service
This is not a tradtional service because your dinner is cooked fresh on site and served buffet style. Authentic Japanese steakhouse meal provided with your choice of 2-3 proteins, fried rice, steamed rice and lo mein noodles with fresh veggies, soup and salad with yum yum sauce.
20 guest minimum and 50 guest max. I will come to your home or venue of choice. Perdect for any occasion from a wedding reception to a birthday party.
