Had it for the first time today, and it was excellent! My mom got a shrimp po' boy with fries and said it was really great. we just ate there today for our anniversary and it was amazing! Our server Tim was very attentive and nice and the steak was fork tender! Will definitely be back!!

the lack of service was where the problem began. Ordered a watermelon crawler that tasted like water. No Vodka , no watermelon flavor , no hint of sprite. Awful. Steak came out well done when we ordered medium rare. Loaded potato & loaded fries were served cold. When brought to managers attention it was “you should’ve ordered something else then” for my drink. I asked to pay for the kids meal and the crawler. Waited another 10 minutes before I finally approached waitress for another manager. I was met with screaming from the original manager , what my problem was, why I was being so rude , what I wanted out of the situation ect. I simply wanted to leave. Immediately at that. I told her that as a manager it was disgusting she acted as such and it would’ve been more professional to send someone else out since she clearly couldn’t be level headed. SHE DROPPED HER TIP TRAYS , KICKING THEM ACROSS THE FLOORS , SCREAMING ABOUT ME IN TO THE KITCHEN. I’ll never be back. a simple problem could’ve been so easily fixed had they just brought the receipt. I get things happen then go wrong. Food was good, service was good. Chili was very thin, it wasn’t hot, I will not have again, wings too much dry rub and over cooked, I will not have the wings again there are many places that ate much better, now the shrimp was very good. Fried pickles very were good too. I won’t have their wings ever again or their chili. Tennessee Jack’s wasn’t the best place to eat, nor was it the worst place. Just an okay place. Food was great , the drinks from the bar were great as well but most of all the service was fantastic. Out waitress made our dining experience comfortable and pleasing.
