Tender Care is a wonderful, full service stop for dog and cat lovers. Especially if you have a pup; they have daycare, vet services, grooming, boarding, training, and they sell pet food and treats as well. My boy thunder has been coming here for three years, and he loves everyone there. The staff is wonderful, and really does care about the pets that come in the way they would for their own! Sully loves doggie daycare!! It’s been a long time since we have had a puppy. We are wanting him to be well mannered & social due to us being ‘empty nesters’. Training classes here are working out great..he is treat motivated & learning quickly. I love walking in the door & everyone greets him by name! Simply stated, the staff and vets at Tender Care are the absolute best. They were able to quickly respond and treat our dog Chevy when he was diagnosed with cancer while being boarded. It was heartbreaking to be away from Chevy and to hear this news while on vacation, but the staff took the absolute best care of him and treated him like their own. His initial surgery took place immediately and we received regular updates, phone calls and photos. He was so spoiled! There was no where better for him to be while we were gone. Upon our return, Tender Care helped explain the diagnosis, next steps, and referrals to continue Chevy's care. They continued his care post op of his second surgery, going above and beyond on a weekend to ensure that Chevy wasn't in pain, was taking all his meds, and was eating. I will not take my dog anywhere but here because of the depth of care that the staff provide and the passion that they have for animals. Chevy comes for boarding, doggy daycare, grooming, and check ups and we have always been satisfied beyond our expectations with the level of care and the family atmosphere that the staff provides. He knows when we're pulling into the parking lot that he's in for lots of love and I know that I'm leaving him in the best hands possible. Thank you Tender Care for all that you do! More...

We are please with the care our Charlie gets. He’s Herman’s shepherd and had his first bath and grooming last Thursday and also shaved got rid of all the hair that’s was too much. We are so grateful for the wonderful staff at Tender Care! Our dog, Bruce is an anxious guy but the staff here goes above and beyond to make his time there enjoyable. It’s hard to have to leave a furry friend behind for work trips or vacation. Finding people who care for our dog the way we would makes it a little easier when it comes time to leave. They give detailed reports for play times to keep us informed on how he did interacting with others, which we find extremely comforting. We highly recommend! More...

They have been awesome with my dogs. Gizmo who had bladder cancer and has passed, Mack who had a week stay due to pneumonia and now my new yr old puppy adopted from Taps. he came from a puppy mill in AR/MO. Tender Care does spaying and neutering for TAPS as well as handling other issues. They try to help find dogs and cats furever homes. More...

All of the vets we have worked with at Tendercare are excellent. We’ve worked with Larson, Frazier and Wagner. They are kind and understanding and they take time to talk with you about your animal. They call to check to see how your animal is doing after seeing them which is above and beyond great service. They have an excellent support staff as well. We also use Debbie for grooming. My 14 year old shih tzu was less then a year old, after two haircuts, my groomer told me he would have to be sedated for the next haircut. I found Debbie, the groomer, and explained my need for my puppy that would not let his face be trimmed. She said to bring him to her and she would see what she could do. Debbie did an amazing job. I believe she just has a way with animals? She had cut his hair every 6 weeks for the last 13 years until his passing in July. He enjoyed seeing her and she always did an outstanding job with him. Dr. Fraiser is an amazing doctor! We had to drive almost an hour away because no one around our neck of the woods would do an emergency surgery on my dog. She stayed on a cold Friday night just to do the surgery (after hours) and she always kept us updated on my little guys test results. Hes cancer free (and spleen free) and he is right back to his normal self not even a week later all thanks to her and her assistant. More...

Chelsey is our groomer. She is so good with my little Yorkie, Lola. Lola actually gets excited when we pull into the parking lot, and is always in a happy mood (not at all anxious or stressed) when I pick her up after her grooming appt. We loveeeeee Dr.’s Knack! Him and his son have been so good to us and our baby Blue (pit bull). They remembered him the second time we brought him in after our first initial visit which was a long time in between that meant a lot! The father Dr. Knack I swear is a dog whisperer and could get Blue to do anything he wanted to do even when he was in pain from a cut in his mouth — Blue wouldn’t let me near his mouth to inspect it and he let Dr. Knack look like it was no big deal. The staff is very loving and they go out of there way to help! My cat had a sever break and ended up needing amputated. She went through a very rough time as she is also diabetic and took longer to heal. Dr Larson was amazing during the entire ordeal. He was always there for me when I was worried something wasn't right. Always a phone call away and even called to check on her. The staff is very compassionate, loving and understanding! I can't thank everyone enough for all that you have done! Staying late, meeting me late on a Sunday, countless phone calls for advice or help, the list just goes on and on!
