Through routine online meetings. I also offer training programs and online coaching service for either 16 weeks or a year.

Consistency and discipline. Really just think about it like working. Do you work ahead of time so you can enjoy Friday's off.

I train myself and others, so it is something tangible. You always see the results. You are the results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Its my lifestyle. I have wanted to be a trainer since I started being in shape just because it just makes sense.

I have a decent structure of exercises and meal plan options. It is really well documented so that you can do it. And I am available mostly every day to talk at some point. And I have merch. There are payment plans too for merch and training programs, so this is affordable.

I have not had to make any changes. Just stay safe and be well.

I focus on athletic training, in and out of the gym. This is the best way to stay fit and ahead of your fitness. The best way to keep muscle strength and fitness is sprinting and fast pace exercise. Fast movements require your body to adapt accordingly, i.e. fat loss.
