When we first meet with a potential new client, we want to hear their elevator pitch. We ask some basic questions about things like goals, budget, and target audience. We will also ask some more in-depth questions like what risks are associated with the project and what the value the project provides.

As a consultant, we get to “peek behind the curtains” in many different areas. Over the years, we’ve worked with Wall Street banks, a national fast food chain, insurance companies, real estate companies, blog platforms, health care tech, personal trainers, educators, and so many more. The common thread between all these different clients is their need for quality, reliable software, and we love seeing the similar reactions when we deliver a great solution to companies of all different sizes.

Our founder began consulting independently after the 2008 recession. Quickly, his list of happy clients had grown long enough to start hiring subcontractors, and in 2012, he founded Ten Forward to focus on bringing a diverse set of people and skills together to provide solutions that were better and more impactful than he could do on my own. A decade later, we’ve grown in size and skill, but still maintain that consultant mindset.
