I just got tired of working for bad security companies in general and knew I could create a superior company with all my years in the security industry.

Isn’t it about time that a real security company arrived on scene? We have seen and heard from the people that most security companies do not hire top-notch employees, and unfortunately, these people are just looking for an easy pay check. It’s not a profession that many of them take serious, because many security companies just want a warm body in uniform, and for the most part inflate their staff’s capabilities and abilities, and provide unarmed security only, thus posing more of a risk to you. These companies have an exceptionally high turnover rate and it has essentially become a revolving door.

The staff receives the bare minimum state required training and most are told to simply observe and report and be a good witness. Why would you hire a security company, just so they can observe and report, while you lose property, or it leads to damage? If that is the case, why have security at all if they are only going to call law enforcement and have the police handle it? Plus, most security companies have a hands off policy and further advise their security staff to consider retreating if things get too tough. Furthermore, if you already have your guard card then you do not have to go through additional training, just perhaps the post orientation, and there are those firms that do not do background checks and rely solely on the Arizona Department of Public Safety and FBI clearance checks, which are mandated by the Arizona state.

Seriously do you want that type of security company or people providing your protection? Or do you want a security company and staff who can stand in the face of adversity while providing top notch services and who can give you, your staff and clientele a safe secure environment while mayhem lurks in the shadows?
