Last minute request, coming from Reno to San Diego going to Temecula was told not available, when My plane arrived in San Diego, I had a voice message that they could do it at 1:30. I called and was told they could pick me up at 9:30. I made the reservation then I received call and text they would be there at 9:00. Very convenient, the driver was very courteous. Huge MAHALO to TAS and I highly recommend them for airport shuttle. TAS's rates, services, and the communication during pick-up/drop off was awesome. When I had an issue trying to do a reservation on-line, the office returned my call the same day of leaving a voice message and was very helpful to schedule my reservation for shuttle service to San Diego Airport. TAS was on time with dropping me off at the airport for my flight out. The pick-up arrangements when I returned from my trip was easy to follow and was so happy that when my flight arrived early, TAS was able to pick me up and I didn't have to wait. Also services available on the shuttle was great; WiFi, earplugs when need some quiet time, and water/snacks when thirsty/hungry....the whole entire experience with TAS was not only comfortable but also personal. I used the shuttle service when in Fallbrook for a wedding. The Fallbrook park and ride was an 11 minute walk from my hotel. I did not want to drive in California due to the traffic and freeways and not from the area. George picked me up and was helpful with my luggage, cell phone charged and snacks and water. I arrived at the San Diego airport in plenty of time to catch my 6:10 p.m. flight home to Boise, Idaho. I had the shuttle all to myself. I will definitely use again when in the LAX or SAN DIEGO area. Excellent service, dependable and reliable - this is our 2nd time using TAS, the first time we used them we called them to help get our business clients to the airport from Temecula. Our Clients enjoyed the great sevice from the driver. The second time, we used them to transport our young adult kids to and from the San Diego airport. Their service is reliable, dependable and both drivers that we used, Mark and Roger, were very courteous and very nice. The kids enjoyed the good stories from them and it made the hour ride seem very fast. The communication from the company once I booked online was very good..they confirmed right away and as it got closer to pick up times, they would always communicate via text or call. elliot was an amazing driver! i had to take a really early shuttle and after getting two hours of sleep i was super tired and grumpy. worried about having to hold a conversation, he was super sweet and accommodating and didn't try to force talking, but read the "room" (shuttle) and made some lighthearted jokes along the way. i love the professionalism and the accommodations on board. will definitely be using this company for all of my airport trips More...
