Overall we were super pleased with our experience with Tech Valley. We hired a shuttle to take our wedding guests from the hotel to the venue and back at the end of the night.
Trent was really responsive leading up to the day and figuring out contract details, and on the day of the wedding we weren't worried about a thing! The first wave of guests made it to the venue as scheduled, but then the shuttle didn't come back with the rest of the guests! We hadn't heard from anyone, so my husband called Trent to investigate and it turns out the engine overheated and the driver had to pull over and never made it back to the hotel.
Fortunately our guests were able to Uber and carpool to the venue and we didn't end up too behind schedule, but we were all pretty worried!
A heads up that something was amiss would have been great rather than us having to track someone down to find half our guests, but everything was right as rain by the end of the night and everyone took the shuttle back no problem.
Trent even volunteered to refund us for the missed run, which was much appreciated!
Overall we would absolutely recommend Tech Valley to anyone in need of a shuttle :)

Tech Valley Hospitality Shuttle is a great service! We rented their 20 person vehicle to tours breweries in Glens Falls and Lake George for my brother's Bachelor party. I booked Tech Valley Shuttle with Trent to provided round trip transportation from Troy N.Y to the airport in New Jersey. Let me start off by saying that this was the best decision I made to start off my vacation . The booking process was simple. From the time I left my house, my vacation started. Skip( the driver ) provided such good customer service. He arrived on time. Very personable, asked if we were comfortable, offer to get food for us while we waited in the shuttle. Absolute professional. The transportation vehicle was  also comfortable and clean. One of The main reason I had such a great experience is after my vacation was over instead of driving back to Troy N.Y I could relax and let Tech Valley take the wheel and drive me home. I didn't have to deal with the airport traffic, the city traffic, Nothing!  And for this reason solely hiring Tech Valley was one of the best decisions I made to start my vacation. More...

Great service from start to finish. Prompt professional drivers, well dressed polite, knowledgeable of area and gave great dinner recommendation . We had three different  drivers all were fantastic. Clean vans door to door service. We were picked up at the Marriott dropped off at the Light House for dinner,then picked up at the Light House dropped off at Proctors for the show ,picked up at Proctors and bought back to the hotel for $10!!!! You can't beat that. Thank you gentleman for getting us safely around town and for our 80s jam on the way home!! Great way to end a perfect day with friends.Use this company you will love it More...
