Team Fitness is a member of Medicares "Silver & Fit" program. (A free fitness membership program for eligible seniors & disabled on Medicare. *Please check with your health plan if "Silver & Fit" is included in your plan.* This is what got me to walk through the doors, and I was very impressed! Very pleased with the facility, the friendly staff, its cleanliness, equipment & maintenance, and more. Team Fitness has LOTS of exercise equipment, of all kinds, so you don't have to wait for a machine. Has a large variety of classes, for all ages & levels of fitness, with morning & evening availability. (ask front desk for current schedule) Most classes are free & included in your membership. However, there are a few that do cost a small fee, they are noted on the schedule, or the front desk is very helpful in answering any questions. Open 24 hrs on most days. Has personal training packages available for purchase. Also has tanning packages available for purchase. Has many other ammenities, a few are: a health bar which has a wide variety of delicious foods, from salads, wraps, smoothies, and many other drinks, & food. (No alcohol) "Team Fitness logo items such as clothes, water bottles, cups, etc. A variety of suppliments, clothing, ear buds, and more. Inside Team Fitness there are 2 certified & licensed medical offices, There is also a Hair Salon, you can make appointments with for multiple of services. (NOTE: the above is informational only, not an endorsement by this writer). Team Fitness has separate men & women's changing/bathroom/dressing rooms. These are very spacious, & clean. The changing areas have plenty of seating. Ample lockers that are multi level, helpful for individuals that are of all heights, from tall, medium, short, to wheelchairs. For security reasons bring your own lock, to secure your personal items. *Each Includes 1 private tanning room, ask front desk for key. There are other tanning rooms, across from the front desk. (*Tanning is not included in membership). Each bathroom/changing room has multiple "very roomy" shower areas, with privacy curtains. All shower stalls include wall mounted free dispenser of shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. (If you need a bath towel, just ask the front desk. They are free to use, just deposit them in appropriate hamper when done.) Wheelchair accessible bathroom stall, & shower are also available. ADA showers are complete with safety bars, and ADA approved seat (if needed). These bathrooms/changing rooms are very spacious, each have a private sauna room, & access to hottub. A very well thought out flow to the room, so everyone isn't crowded together. Excellent place if you like to shower after workout, and want to get ready for work, or other. Has a long counter, with nice lighting, huge wall mirror, seating, plenty of outlets, AND ample hair dryers right there (no need to ask front desk). Awesome gym , clean friendly staff qnd super clean. They have lots of equipment and very nice locker rooms. They also have an on site chiropractor and salon. I think i might keep this gym.

Really good gym if you are into machines. The amount of machines overwelms the amonut of dumbells and simple weight lifting. I would say there are only about four benches, and the rest is machines. 3 years ago I gained 30 lbs and then 1.5 years ago I broke my femur and gained another 30. Â Finally decided to join Team fitness and start my fitness journey. 2 months ago I stepped on the stair master and started the "Keto Diet" This gym is my favorite from any other one I've went to before, it's not a huge corporate gym, not over crowded and has awsome equipment that I haven't seen before. I LOVE THE AB SOLO. I personally enjoy a nice hot sauna not a lukewarm one and the one at Team Fitness is legit! Oh and BTW I lost over 50 lbs in under two months! More...

I love it here! Great staff, huge with tons of equipment and weights for everyone. It has a positive motivating atmosphere when you walk in there. They have a ton of great classes to fit everyone's schedule. A huge locker room with showers, mirrors, blow dryers and sauna. The daycare room is also awesome and Big with tons of toys for the kids, the daycare girls are so kind and polite, they have an efficient system to make sure all the kids are tracked and safe while also not allowing any parents in the daycare room for safety. You people writing negative reviews. I have read and noted your complaints. I have been a member now for a few months, and everything is great! Plus they offer more than most gyms do. If you are such a cry baby over trivial things, then in my opinion you are just looking to be offended, or are in need of someone to hold your hand. One of the first things one does to get their life in order, is to get your body and mind back in shape at the gym. If you cannot even negotiate your first task. Then you have some major issues that cannot be resolved at Team Fitness. So in my opinion we don't need your negative vibe around here. Have a super sparkley day! More...

I recently decided to look at joining a gym in the Lake Stevens area. Â I tried free memberships at Team Fitness, Lake Stevens Athletic Club and Anytime Fitness. Â I ended up signing a 1 year contract with Team Fitness. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Â They have a great selection of equipment and plenty of it. Â Even when the facility is packed there is plenty of equipment. Â I also found Team Fitness the most affordable. Â The option to pay for 1 year and save 2 mos. of fees was great. Â I would have given 5 stars but the tv situation is not the greatest. Â Lots of the tv's have crappy reception and on Sunday not 1 football game showing I still chose Team Fitness but hope they fix the tv situation. Â But if they don't I still get a great workout and can DVR the games lol. More...

By far my favorite gym I've ever been in. Although they don't say it the upstairs is more comforting for girls it's laid back and there's cardio away from the loud weights. Everyone's nice and professional. I had a free membership because they sponsored my cheer team Everett Reign, and since they stopped sponsoring we lost the free membership and it's so far to have to pay a membership and gas to get there but I miss it a lot it was an amazing comforting place. So I just moved into the area and looking for gyms to join. Â There are several in the area, even one that is extremely close to where I love, but after visiting all of the ones in a 10 mile radius, I found Team Fitness to be one of the better places. Â First, they have KNOWLEDGEABLE & friendly staff, there prices are reasonable, and if you sign up for a one year contract, it isn't confusing or feel like you need a lawyer to understand it.What's even better is that this isn't what I would call a "showy" gym. Â I'm a bigger guy that needs to get back into shape and when visiting I saw a lot of others who are like me. Â Of course there are the really buff guys and gals but I feel this place is dedicated to helping people with their health and not just a place for supermodels to come and show off, like you would see at other gyms.
