I highly recommend Sarah! She is very organized, professional, and fun to work with. My husband and I planned most of our wedding so we had Sarah for some recommendations/guidance and full day-of coordination. She listened, took account of our budget, and did her research well for last-minute vendors that we wanted, like a DJ. I had a special request of how and when I wanted group photos to be taken after the ceremony and she honored it and executed it well. What inspired you to start your own business?
After being a stay-at-home mom for many years I got to decide what I wanted to put my energy into and event planning has always been my favorite and most praised part of the corporate and nonprofit jobs I've had in the past. Bringing pieces of a puzzle together to create an amazing event is one of my favorite things to do and to be able to do that while serving others on their special day is just the best.

All of our planning meetings can be done online, but due to the nature of my services I will execute your event in-person!
Full Day-Of Coordination
For the couple who has completed their planning (or plans to do so) and is looking for a Wedding Day Coordinator to execute their vision. This package allows couples to relax and be a guest at their own wedding! Includes organizational guidance for the day's events and details, online checklists, timeline development and management, online guest organization and seating chart tools, vendor coordination and management, wedding rehearsal coordination, and presence before, during, and after your wedding to coordinate and manage everything we've talked about.
Ceremony Only Coordination
For the couple who has completed their planning and vendor selection (or plans to do so) but needs help managing the ceremony rehearsal and day-of ceremony details. Includes organizational guidance for the ceremony, wedding rehearsal coordination, set up of ceremony items, online checklists, timeline development and management, online guest organization tools, vendor coordination and management, and presence before, during, and after your ceremony to coordinate and manage everything we've talked about.
Reception Only Coordination
For the couple who has completed their planning and vendor selection (or plans to do so) but needs help managing just the day-of reception details. Includes organizational guidance for the reception, online checklists, timeline development and management, online guest organization and seating chart tools, vendor coordination and management, and presence before, during, and after your reception to coordinate and manage everything we've talked about.
Partial Wedding Planning PLUS Day-Of Coordination
For the couple who has most of their wedding planned but needs more advice and guidance throughout their time planning the perfect wedding. Includes everything in Full Day-Of Coordination plus help with some vendor recommendation/research and hiring, and event ideas. Sometimes you just need that go-to person that you know you can count on during those tough planning months and get things managed that you're overwhelmed by, have been avoiding, or don't just want to deal with. Also includes online budget management tools and design studio to help you visually define each aspect of your day.
Full Wedding Planning PLUS Day-Of Coordination
For the couple who wants a professional to manage every aspect of the planning process. Includes everything in Full Day-Of Coordination plus complete wedding planning management, venue scouting, vendor recommendation/research and hiring, creation and execution of approved design scheme, assistance in ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials, online budget management tools, design studio to help you visually define each aspect of your day, and a wedding website set up by me.
Private Event Coordination
For events such as birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, retirement parties, funerals, etc. For the host who has completed their planning (or plans to do so) and is looking for a Private Event Coordinator to execute their vision. This package allows hosts to relax and be a guest at their own event! Includes organizational guidance for the event and details, vendor coordination and management (if necessary), execution of games, activities, and food service elements, light cleaning and tidying up during the event to keep things looking fresh, and presence before, during, and after your event to coordinate and manage everything we've talked about.
