What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We provide everything from the daily transaction categorization all the way to the monthly reconciliataion and reports. Each company has unique needs and we take that into account when designing your personalized accounting systems.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
I have seen so many businesses that run the owner rather then the owner run the business. It all comes down to the numbers. When you are able to focus on what the numbers mean and what actions to take to improve them then you know your business is truly growing, but when you are trying to wear too many hats and get spread too thin then you can't really do either job well. That is the perfect reason to let someone like Teal Crow take over the books, choosing the services you need and growing with you, so your business can thrive and you can have work life balance you know you deserve.
What do you love most about your job?
My favorite thing about my job is hearing how happy my customers are. When they call me up and say hey I have a question and I can set a time and explain the answer to them and they are able to build thier business because they have that support, that makes me happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been an entreprenuer. I was the kid that would sell candy out of my backpack to those luck enough that knew. It was an elite thing. I babysat, made crafts, anything i could do to provide a little value for people. I am just not happy working for corporations, not everyone is cut out for that. I like the freedom of choosing my clients, tailoring my service and providing what they need rather then what a boss says I can give.

I am 100% remote. I am versed in dropbox, google sheets, email, evernote and so many other ways of sharing information. My speciality is quickbooks online and all of my clients receive a free subscription as part of my service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I never had to make changes. I was already working virutally before it was a thing. That menas that you can ask me questions and I will likely have the answer and be able to help you how to better traverse this "New Normal" because its been my normal for years.

We recommend monthly because it takes at least three data points to see where your going and the soone you get that data the better your business will be.

Sometimes you need more then just tech support, you need to know what goes where and how your personal company books work. This service will help you to understand where you are with your books as well as what buttons to push.
