My name is Jessica Teagardin-Estrada (Tea-grada) and I am the Owner of Teagrada Events.

A little bit about me. I am a born and raised SoCal girl who recently moved to Atlanta. I went to college for music and still continue to do that but over years of trying to find my career passion, I finally found Wedding Planning and it has been almost a decade since I made that discovery.

What I love most about my job is working with couples to create a truly memorable event. I love walking through the process with them to help them create an event that truly embodies who they are as a couple. It's amazing to be trusted with such an important day and to see all of the planning process finally come to fruition. My favorite part is knowing that because I love the planning process and am very involved, that couples who work with me will worry about NOTHING on their wedding day. That's huge for me.

I worked for a few years shadowing various venues and other planners but at the end of the day, I knew I wanted to be able to service my clients in my own creative way. It makes a big difference when you aren't just there to assist on the day of, but you instead are able to walk with a couple through the entire process so that you can ensure that they are comfortable and stress free on the big day.

Clients should choose me because I have over 9 years of experience in the industry working for other planners and for myself. I am extremely attentive to detail while also being very creative. I have an eye for design but also love the backend and admin side of wedding planning. I have been described as a planner who can have fun but also get things done. I am very punctual and on top of the timeline/making sure my couple is taken care of, while also maintaining a peaceful, fun, and energetic environment for all of the guests as well.

I can provide wedding consulting online or remotely. I also travel for weddings, so if a client hires me from out of state, most of the planning process will be virtual until the actual wedding weekend.

Services

This package is designed for the couple that wants to take a step back a month before their wedding and let an experienced coordinator tie up the finishing touches. We will become the point of contact for your vendors, so you can let us handle the logistics and details. We will check all vendor contracts, create your timeline, and assist in any planning needs you have left.

Package Includes:
One hour initial consultation, open lines of communication, and attendance to any tastings & vendor meetings that fit within the coordinator's availability within the 30 days prior to wedding.
- One hour week-of meeting to make sure everything is on track.
- Coordinator will take over all vendor relations and details starting 30 days prior to the wedding date.
- Attendance and coordination of rehearsal.
- Creation of wedding day timeline with direction of couple.
- 1 Coordinator available for 13 hours of time on the day of the wedding.
- 2 assistants included for 8 hours each. (Additional assistants are available at $200 each)
- Our team will act as liaison between vendors and the client on the day of the wedding.
- Decor placement and coordination of set-up and tear down.
