They have small classes that offer more individualized training opportunities based on which skills your dog needs to work on. Each class has a training sheet that is helpful for at home training. All the instructors are really knowledgeable and friendly. Their classes are at multiple locations throughout the city, so you can find one that is conveniently located. We took "Beginner Doggy School 1" with Sarah Miller. Sarah was a great teacher and really knows her stuff! The after class emailed review of what we did was very helpful as it's good to remind yourself how to work on what we learned. I thought the 45 minute long classes seemed about the right length. It was nice to have a small class size (three dogs) as the other dogs prove to be quite the distraction, but that is a real world element most dogs do take notice of, so that was good. More...

I would give Ana G a million stars if I could! She is caring, professional and super good at her job. She showed me, my dog and my family so much compassion even before we met her. She helped me come to peace with a very, very heart wrenching decision we had to make about one of our dogs and she did it with respect, heart and love. Keep up the amazing work, Ana! More...

Emma was a great coach! She did a great job of breaking down the steps of training a dog. We learned a lot! I especially appreciated the small class sizes, made it a lot easier for our dog to concentrate and to make friends!

We just finished our beginner class and plan to continue on with the high school course next. Classes were fun, safe, and helped strengthen the bond between me and my dog. I never thought we could learn so much in just 6 weeks, and yet it didn't feel like it was progressing too quickly either. I can't recommend Teacher's Pet enough! More...
