We rented from TBH for approx. 15 months and have nothing but good things to say! We had a few maintenance requests at first (I believe we were the first to rent our particular unit, and the issues that arose were not oversights by TBH but rather things that couldn’ t have been noticed unless you were living there day to day). Everything was addressed professionally, and the work completed - not just bandaged - which gave us peace of mind throughout the remainder of our lease. Shelly and Gail both were responsive and helpful throughout our time as tenants. The rent was very reasonable for the area/size of home we rented, and we received our deposit back quickly. I've had a great experience with this team. Bottom line is that my 41 unit apartment building was on life support with single digit tenants and they've turned it around completely, closing in on 30 tenants now. This would have happened faster if I had the money to do all the rehab on the units. If I absolutely have to complain about something, it would be that the accounting while all there can be a little convoluted to follow. They provide the whole range of services from finding tenants, taking care of repairs and paying all the bills. I have my opinions, good and bad but i just want to say I LOVE SHELLY. If you are reading the reviews about the unprofessional behavior or your maintenance reports aren't getting completed just tell SHELLY. She makes it happen. can't say much of the same about the other workers. I've only experienced rude and inconsiderate behavior from anyone else.
