Taylor always seems to have what I need, when I need it. The guys & gals are always helpful but they need more space or a different location, difficult to maneuver with a 16' trailer on the truck unless the parking lot is empty.

I could not be happier with, or leave a higher recommendation for the services of Taylor Rental Center. I'm a wedding planner based in Northern Michigan, and had the good luck to learn about Taylor Rental this wedding season. Working with Angela and Elizabeth who coordinate sales and service is such a seamless and pleasant experience. They are incredibly responsive both via email and phone calls, are efficient at getting quotes and invoices, and are true professionals. In July, we had an extensive build out wedding set up at a private residence, and the Taylor team was helpful enough to conduct two site visits ahead of the event to survey the property and ensure a perfectly executed set up. When coordinating a wedding from two hours away for a couple who lives out of state, this type of above and beyond service is invaluable.In September, one week prior to another wedding at a private residence, we had to forego working with another rental company in the area due to extensive inventory, product safety, and service problems and within one week Elizabeth was able to coordinate a replacement order with her team much to the appreciation of my clients. Northern Michigan rental companies are stretched incredibly thin given the amount of events that occur each summer, and yet Taylor Rental is able to stay on top of inventory and ordering, has well kept and good quality product, stays communicative throughout delivery, and makes this the easy process it should be. The quality of their products and care with service reflects an understanding of how important our weddings are to our couples, who expect their rental process/the backbone of their event to go smoothly so they can focus on other aspects of their weekend weekend. Taylor Rental went above and beyond to rectify the situation with our venue and accommodate their requests. What a stand up company. I rented a piece of equipment and by my own actions I damaged it. They had the chance to charge me any amount they wanted but was more then fair with me. Living 2 and half hours across state; Taylor Rental helped give our wedding reception a exceptional look! We rented 300 gold chavari chairs that were delivered to our site.
They picked them up afterwards and when our head count changed down to 250 days before, they changed the order!
The venue we held our reception at was a somewhat drab place and the chair helped transform the space into a very magical scene. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
