My maid of honor and I visited Best Bride last week to originally look at bridesmaid dresses to brainstorm colors and ideas. We came in without an appointment with no intentions of actually trying anything on, much less me try on any wedding dresses. We were greeted so warmly and felt at home immediately. Charlotte is aMAZing, and this shop has an incredible selection of GORgeous dresses. She made finding the one that had the highest level of fit, comfort, and WOW factor such a pleasant experience. I have a body type that is difficult to flatter, and most of my dressing room sessions have ended in tears. The staff is so friendly, and they really know how to help you find the perfect dress! They make you feel confident, beautiful, and determined that you will find the gown you’re dreaming of. They have a wide selection of all styles of dresses and will help you pinpoint what you want and also what you want to stay away from. They truly put into perspective what I needed to do when I was having trouble finding exactly what I wanted in my dress. Christina was very attentive to my desires out of a wedding dress. She made the process easy and was very patient with me. Even though it was a one hour appointment she worked with me for almost 3 hours and met me again 2 days later for an hour when I made the final decision. I did not feel pressured or persuaded at all through the process. She knew the collection well and had an eye for dresses she thought I might like. From start to finish, my experience with the entire staff was nothing short of perfection! If you want to truly feel like your business and happiness as a bride are valued, you will want to pay them a visit! Setting up an appointment was a breeze and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into the building, which is decorated beautifully by the way! Christina was my consultant and was attentive and nailed the vision I had for my dress! In addition to making me feel like a queen, Christina and Charlotte went above and beyond to make my daughters, ages 2 &4, feel like princesses! Our girls were heavily involved in our ceremony and I wanted them each to have their very own "bridal experience." They both had their own consultant appointment and tried on every flower girl dress in the building. The patience Christina and Charlotte demonstrated and the joy they gave my daughters, truly sets them leagues above the rest! With the amount of contact and communication we had during our cumulative bridal sessions, I felt as if we had become a part of the family and was saddened to no longer need to go visit! We came to Asheville on a Saturday with only 1 appointment to try on wedding dresses at another store. Following that appt. We tried going to and calling around to other wedding shops everyone was to busy for us. Then we called Best bride and talked to Charlotte she invited us to come on over she was such a help to us. This place provided an excellent bridal dress shopping experience. From the moment we walked in, the owner was very welcoming and made us feel at home. They offered us wine, water and coffee, and even sandwiches when we were getting hungry! I had a bit of a dress snafu - I bought a dress from a different place that I ended up deciding would not be right for my wedding (it was a giant, heavy ball gown for a jungle wedding - what was I thinking? ). With limited time left to find a new dress, I went to see Denise and Dave and they were SO helpful. They treat all of their brides like family - while I was there I saw a couple other wedding dress disasters caused by other stores get resolved (DO NOT go to David's Bridal!).
