Taylor Made Cuisine

I was looking for a good meal delivery service to help me get some portion control and for the ease of not having to cook on busy days. I also eat dairy and gluten free and finding good dairy free options can be really difficult. Although I've used several services, TMC has been the one I've gone back to several times because I love their dairy free options, the food is really good and the high quality food and customer service shows. The delivery is always within the allotted time frame given, they text me when they're on their way which allows me to make sure I'm home to put the food in the fridge. I especially love their breakfast options and healthy sweet treats. I'm pretty picky and I haven't found anything I wouldn't order again. The other thing i love is that everything is packaged separately. So instead of getting one package with chicken, potatoes and veggies, you get 3 different packages so you can mix and match. You can also order the dishes a la carte which is nice if you have sides at home you can eat and are looking for a main protein. The cost can be slightly higher than other services but the variety of options, quality of food and different diet options make it worth it. I can't rave enough about Taylor Made. Once I made the inquiry, I got a call during which they gathered all necessary information. Then I was put in touch with Alyssa who walked me through my options for the two events I was hosting. The options are endless and there's something for everybody. The staff that came the day of the events were amazing, they were professional, clean, organised, I can go on and on. They come with everything they need and leave your kitchen spotless. They also come with a detailed timeline of when to serve what. And last but not least, the food was AMAZING. Everything was so tasty and I give chef Sung 20 stars if I could. I live in Colorado and researched a company in the Anaheim Hills area to deliver food to my dad and step mother. My dad had been in the hospital for several days in Los Angeles. My step mother was exhausted from driving back and forth to downtown Los Angeles every day to be with my dad. I found Taylor Made Cuisine through Yelp. It had great reviews and seemed to be able to accommodate the dietary restrictions that he needed. I went online to set up weekly deliveries of prepared food. After choosing everything, I got a message that said it would be delivered until the following Monday, which is the day they deliver food.  I needed it to be delivered the next day. I sent them an email on a Sunday, and within an hour I received an email from one of the founders of the company. He made arrangements with his nutritionist to get my parents set up for weekly deliveries the next day, which was Monday.  I was so completely overcome by the kindness that was shown by Mike, one of the founders.  His response to my immediate needs was amazing.  My parents had the first delivery today and are blown away by the menu and the quality of the food. Taylor Made is absolutely amazing to work with! As a planner it's so important to have a reliable catering company as part of the vendor team and TMC was that and so much more! Their entire team was helpful and friendly from start to finish. My client was concerned about her marble counters and they took precautions to protect the marble and make the client feel comfortable. Based on the response from the owner. I am moving this to a 5 star review.I was not aware of the long term deal, or the nutritional on the site. It would make easier to at-least have calories on the items themselves I still believe that delivery should be included or a fee refunded for returning the bag or something, but that sounds complicated. I am very confused how with a meal plan you are getting lunch and dinners for $25 each? There are no other competitors even in the range. Restaurant would literally be cheaper. If the price could come to something reasonable like $18  sales would be much better.  Its $22.50 + delivery fee if you are a member for automatic weekly deliveries which I still believe is too high. $18 for members $20-21 for no might be slightly more fair. When I inquired about price they said its more economical to buy each item individually which makes no sense. The best deal should be for members.Whats crazy is they are in orange county charge $25 a meal, and still charge for delivery on top. I don't get it.I tried this for a week. Food is a good. Its 8.75/10 on food, not too salty , some organic ingredients and delicious dressings. Do not know the nutritional which i don't like. You are paying $25 for example for a pumpkin soup and a little arugula salad. Also for a chx noodle soup and a little side salad.The price is the sticking point for me to look elsewhere for meal delivery. If the price was right this would be the top option for me in terms of cooked home meal delivery. Also want nutritional /calories. More...

I was very impressed with Taylor Made Cuisine.  I ended up helping a friends husband on a last min surprise bday with only a week and half notice.  They were so helpful and fitting us in and working with me on selecting the menu.  They came on time, set up everything beautifully and came on time to pick up all their items and clean up.  The food was also delicious.  I would recommend them to anyone who is a looking for a caterer in OC. Also, they are one of the few that do catering for a party of 50 or less which was hard to find. More...
