What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Timeline for deliverables, what they like that they've seen so we have something to start with and a way to create and estimate, and any files they have that they'd like included in the process-especially branding guidelines.
What do you love most about your job?
Working directly with the clients and seeing the satisfaction that the end product brings to them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I worked at the agencies, my concepts were typically the ones chosen for their websites (Seaport hotels, Serono, Edison electric), so I wanted to see how I would do on my own, and we did extremely well, and have made many friends over the course of our company being open.
