*Deep Cleaning/Vacancy Services:
A deep cleaning, often time referred to as a “Spring Cleaning”, includes everything a standard cleaning does with detail emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following tasks:
-Inside fridge/oven upon request for additional price
•General dusting of every room within the home including but not limited to; picture frames, ceiling fans, furniture, light fixtures, cobwebs, intricate items, etc.
• Cleaning and disinfecting toilets (including inside/base/and behind), mirrors, sinks, tubs, showers, glass doors, and vanities in all bathrooms
•Cleaning and disinfecting counter tops, stove tops, fronts of large appliances, microwave (inside and out), tables, and sinks in kitchen
•Baseboards dusted/wiped
•Switch plates and power outlets wiped
•Doors and doorknobs dusted and wiped
•Fronts of cabinets/drawers in kitchen and bathrooms wiped
•Back-splash cleaned
•Interior windows cleaned, window sills wiped and blinds dusted
•Vents dusted
•All floors swept/vacuumed/mopped
•All trash bins emptied
•Overall appearance of each room neat & tidy
*Standard Cleaning/Office/Vacancy Services:
A general, quality cleaning of every room within your home
-inside fridge/oven upon request for additional price
•General dusting of every room within the home including but not limited to; picture frames, ceiling fans, furniture, light fixtures, cobwebs, intricate items, etc.

*Move In/Move Out:
-Get your space looking its best for the big day. Whether you are moving in to a new space or out of an old one or are a real estate agent showing a new property, a thorough cleaning is one of the most integral parts of the process.
