They were professional, prompt and communicative. Unfortunately, their cleaning service left much to be desired. I can understand not dusting or vacuuming as we stressed the importance of deep cleaning bathrooms, applicances and kitchen cabinets but the inside of the oven and bathrooms looked only lightly gone over. The time spent on pantry and linen shelf-liner (which we only asked about because they stressed that they would be hard pressed to fill the 4-5 hour cleaning window given the condition of the freshly painted home), should have been focused on wiping out cabinets and deep cleaning tubs. They fully worked for 5 hours, but given the finished product I feel like they should have either estimated a full day or communicated what a 'deep clean' entailed so I wasn't so disappointed. We spent an additional 8 hours cleaning to be ready for listing photos the next day. Highly recommend a detailed list of items to be completed be shared in advance and expectations set before the work starts. More...
