Do not use this dealership. I just had to take the time out of my day to share; The customer service my mother has experienced is completely unacceptable. Her lease car has been in the shop for weeks, they cannot “diagnose” the problem and offer no assistance in making sure she has a reliable vehicle to use while she continues to pay for car that should have never been leased out in the first place. There are so many dealerships that withhold their promises of customer satisfaction. I regret to inform the public that Taylor Chevy is not one of these dealerships. multiple times they were not able to provide the best pricing. My mother's lease expired in April 2020. Taylor Chevrolet was not open to purchase a car, so she went elsewhere. when she tried to return to Taylor Chevrolet the sales lady was so rude and mentioned multiple times how my mom went elsewhere. Wow grudge much? We didn't mean to upset you, promise it won't happen again. my family will continue to do business elsewhere. Service department Jen and Todd very helpful to fix a problem general manger and used car sales NEVER they take advantage or break it off on people they don’t have the best credit 2 days after buying a used car check engine light came on. 3 months of them having my car and getting it back and this after Jen and Todd tried to fix the problem les then 48 hours problem happened again now the gm has another excuse props to Jen and Todd in service awesome people trying to figure this out as for the dearlership NEVER AGAIN worst service when they know they sold me a piece of junk More...
