What do you love most about your job?
I love when clients feel a relief from their tax situation. Most often clients are afraid of the IRS, and they don't understand their options or their situation. When I am able to explain everything and they feel comfortable facing the IRS instead of avoiding them, it is good feeling of satisfaction, because they are finally working to eliminate the debt or something claim refunds they they thought were expired.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I realized how I easily understood the complexity of the US Federal Tax code, I wanted to help others who did not understand and who were getting over charged for preparation. I also have an admiration for small business owners, most often they are natural entrepreneurs and they do not understand how important using the double entry accounting standard helps them in the long run.
