I have been going to Tax Plus for years. Tony cannot be more of a professional along with the great staff. Everyone is friendly and professional. Tony has helped me through multiple dealings with the IRS including audits. He is friendly, knowledgeable, caring, simply everything you can ask for. In addition a special shout out to Svetlana Suslova, who has also helped me with various items with the IRS and FTB over the years. She is an absolute tiger and is incredibly efficient and friendly. Where do I start? I am in the entertainment industry so finding the right "words" should be easy. But when it comes to the AMAZING work that Tony Navarro and his team has performed on my behalf, I am left a bit speechless. Nevertheless I will try my best to convey my impressions of Tax Plus (specifically Tony Navarro). I have made millions of dollars over the course of my career and have come close to losing it all at various times. And what I have learned is that entrepreneurs or business owners, regardless of their company size can most often bounce back from financial set backs if they have a GREAT tax man in their corner. And that is EXACTLY what Tony is. He is CALM...CONFIDENT..and extremely COMPETENT!!! And because of that I am free to do what I do...because Tony is doing what HE does. I am allowed to keep moving FORWARD because Tony has my BACK! Over the course of my career I have hired the most notable accounting/Tax firms in the business but NONE of them were as meticulous and thorough as Tony and his team. And the beautiful thing is that whether you are worth HUNDREDS of dollars or MILLIONS of dollars Tony gives you the EXACT SAME level of service. Nora and Leslie were excellent in helping guide my brother through his liabilities with the IRS and the California Franchise Tax
Board. The IRS liability was $55, 349 and was reduced to $3,617 and the state liabilities from $24,000 and is on an installment agreement of $100.00. Admittedly, I'll be aging myself here but to leave a geniene message is worth it. I've known Tony Navarro for over 17 years! We have both been through a lot together in life. For one, I've seen him go from pretty much a one person staff to a expanding his current office space and nice staff. In comparing Tony to others in the financial services industry that I've also had the privilege to be a part of for 18 years: Tony is smart, caring, genuine and still in business. Which is a testament to the quality he provides his clients. Thankfully, the vast majority of his repeat and new clients know this and continue to utilize his attention to critical business matters. Tony and his team are amazing!!! A friend referred me a few years back when I had anxiety about filing taxes for a 1099 contractor job along with employee W2’s for the same year. With one phone call they emailed a comprehensive tax preparation workbook and I was in their office within a week to file my taxes. I can’t say enough great things about Tony & his team, they put me at ease for a reasonable price and I no longer fear tax season.

Since Tony & his team have me back on track, I’m able to pay quarterly taxes owed for my contract work and am confident my W2 taxes are in order. I highly recommend this organization! More...

My experience so far with taxplus has been a good one. I'm one of those people who has attempted to do taxes alone, thinking an app or program is as good as a tax professional, and maybe it can be IF you know what you're doing. Well turns out I didn't know as much as I thought. I ended up needing help and I found it with the folks at Taxplus. Was referred to me by a good friend of mine, I’ve dealt with other agencies about getting help most promise but don’t deliver, however not taxplus from the moment I spoke to them it was a home run not only did they explain everything in detail but they set up a plan with me so I can back on track to resolve my issues. Great group of professional who are available at the ring of a call. Most companies don’t help if it’s not the person handling the case or file, but with this team everyone is willing to go above and beyond to be able to assist with any questions or concerns.
