We have had great results with them. We have been going with them for 3 years now. They will find almost any possible deduction so we didnt have to pay much to the IRS. I highly recommend them. This is my 3rd year in a row I've used Taxes 4 Tips and there's a reason and regardless of having to wait weeks this year I'll continue to use them. I think they have grown so fast that they are having a hard time keeping up, simple as that. When you have a service that works great and by word of mouth business begins to boom it is hard to keep up. The bottom line is my taxes are done weeks before they are due, that's all I care about.
