She is fantastic. Helped me get caught up on two years of back taxes plus the current year and it included Schedule C, Schedule E, Schedule SE, part year California/ part year Kentucky. Great complexity but got it done in a short period of time at a great price. Furthermore she helped me find deductions I was unaware that I qualified. Those hidden 'finds" she uncovered actually covered the cost of utilizing the service. In addition to be very thorough, professional and helpful, she is also extremely friendly. 5 stars all around! I love Elisa! She's friendly, answered all our questions, we talked scenarios for next year. She was patient and worked her hardest to get us the best payback number. Lol As we do our taxes, we always have more questions on what items can or should we save for the following year for deductions. She was helpful in explaining that and more. Aside from that, the service you receive here is second to none. It's less stressful when the person you have doing your taxes is Elisa. Believe me! My wife and used to use a very well known tax service that let us down several years in a row. We actually found mistakes in their work and had to have our taxes emended a few occasions, something that is not fun nor is it professional to make those mistakes. With this said, we searched for a new tax service and found Tax Geeks. Yvette is very professional and efficient. My wife and I had a few extra questions after we left her office and emailed them. Wow! They are amazing, efficient and worked with me when I ran late to my appointment with them!I looked them up through yelp and they got back to me via email really quickly. I gave them all my stuff in a box that I have everything sorted in order but Was terrifies to go through. They went through my 15+ W-2s and all my other forms and I got back WAY more than I thought I would!!! Thank you, thank you! I will be going through them again! No more stress of taxes for me! I am so impressed with this service! The girls here were professional when I first called to sched an appointment. Had to bring my daughter with us and Yvette laid out toys and turned on Elmo to keep her occupied. I was very pleased with the process from start to finish. Yvette sat down with me answered all my questions and did the taxes in a timely manner she set up an affordable payment plan . Yvette did an amendment on both my state and federal taxes. She was knowledgeable, genial, and she did a great job. Yvette didn't waste any time starting to work on my amendments once I arrived and she was efficient in doing so.
