It's a very pretty downtown square. Walked around looked at the lights. A very fast 45 min wait. Service was great. Food was hot, tasty and affordable.

This is one of my favorite places to eat, the food is always lights out. The care and preciseness in flavors and overall menu options are excellent. I really enjoy the steak Frites the ribeye is 14oz and the price is fantastic for the steak you get. The frites are smashed and fried yellow potatoes with a Parmesan very good. The steak is covered in an mushroom, onion sauce it's done so well. The down side to the place is the size, waits can be long and there is not really any room to wait. The concept is open with side rooms. I have sat in the side rooms and they are very nice to be out of the bustle of the main dining room. We where sat right next to the expo window which we actually enjoyed (since it was just us two) watching the staff work and how they took great pride in making sure the food was up to standard. I tried their Sunday brunch and loved it! So many choices of great Latin & traditional American breakfast foods offering something for everyone. They had an omelet bar & taco bar. Chicken Tortilla Soup, Taco salad, and traditional “American” breakfast options like pancakes, waffles, fruit, sausage and bacon, as well as modern Latin choice like carnitas, mini tostadas, rice, beans, and a Latin version of eggs Benedict that was awesome. They also have an array of desserts & pastry items, including two gluten free choices. This our second time dining at Tavola Trattoria. Both times the food has been fantastic. The quality and the presentation approaches what one would find in a very expensive restaurant. Likewise, both times our server has been efficient and very friendly; maybe a notch above the best is a better term. If we were locals, we would be regulars. Alas but we live over 3 hours away. Here with friends 11/30/19, and it was great. ROGER was our server and he was the best. Very professional, personable, always on top of things. A great server. Food was extremely generous portions. The steak and chicken fajitas certainly worth the price. Very tender pieces of steak and chicken. Again, you'll be taking half of it home. Can have an extra basket of chips and salsa The Curry Burrito again was LOADED with a lot of white meat chicken. Very good! As was the Carnitas. The CURRY BUTRITO dish. We asked for jalapeños "on the side". Not worth the $2. was not hot or tasty. Didn't have dessert. Just coffee, VG!! This is a pretty large establishment in this area. It takes up nearly half a block it seems. It says they have tapas, but I saw none on the menu. Chips and salsa were $2, but the salsa was small and never offered a refill. The tortilla chips are fresh but are tortilla not corn. Food was a little expensive for what you got ($15 for two enchiladas?, 16 for two tacos?). That said, the food was flavorful, prompt, and delicious. Waitress was brand new, but she was phenomenal. It depends on what kind of Mexican food you are looking for. This is no way traditional restaurant style. I loved the carnitas and I am EXTREMELY picky about them. They were tender, lean, and falling apart. However my husband got the lobster tacos and did not like them at all. The cheese dip was very gravy textured and flavored. Amazing! Went here for dinner during a weekend in Bentonville. Very extensive menu with lots of choices. We had a wonderful waitress who was able to give us several recommendations based on how hungry we felt or how heavy/light the dishes were. Her recommendations did not disappoint. We got the Marcelo's Special, which had beef tenderloin and penne pasta, and the lemon cutlet with veal. Both dishes were wonderful! Where to begin! First, Harlee and her trainee Casey were top notch in their attention to detail. This was the kind of service that I expect from a white-tablecloth, fine dining experience. Real professionals! Next, my partner's gnocchi with sausage was a goddamned delight. Seriously, though? The absolute star of this show was the Ossobuco. This is my favorite dish and I've eaten it in some amazing restaurants all over the world, but none of them hold a candle to what I ate tonight. This was a super traditional Lombardi dish. None of this newfangled tomatoe-y-red-winey business. This was an absolute classic white wine, loads of marrow in the bone, sauce so rich i genuinely felt like i was having a religious experience kind of dish.
