Tasty Ray’s BBQ'd on site for my company event last week & everything was perfect from the service to the food! Ray is extremely professional, offers great suggestions upon request & doesn’t miss a detail. There was more than enough food for 75 people, enough leftovers for everyone to take home & you couldn’t come close to beating his prices for the quality of his meals. Ordered catering for a family function from Tasty Ray's and was very happy. Also received quite a few compliments from my guests. They are not the cheapest, but the quality of the food is a cut above. I first tasted their pulled pork at a friend's house and it was the best I'd ever tasted. I liked it enough to ask where it was from and that put Tadty Ray's on my RADAR. We paid the delivery free and the food was delivered by a very friendly young woman. I've used Ray for a couple of work functions, and last night threw a 60th birthday surprise party for my mom at his store front. From food to service and communication, working with Ray is always a top-notch experience! The food is AMAZING. For real, I usually don't care for meatballs made by restaurants or caterers because they never live up to my high standards (my mom and dad make the best meatballs), but Ray's are legit amazing! Food was as good as if not better than dinner you can get from anywhere in Boston and Providence. I had the short ribs and would order them again and again.

Price was on point for a date night or a night out with friends.

Will try the chive polenta next time since everyone raved about it but didn't get a chance to try it.

We have eaten at the restaurant a few times and loved the food. We were having a last minute party yesterday and needed a few things. They got it done and with 4 hours notice!! We got assorted wings and chicken parm. Delicious! Will use them again for all our parties....great variety too! More...

We hired Ray to cater our wedding and it was the best decision we could have made! Our venue required us to bring our own linens, plates, silverware, ect. and Ray was quick to suggest a rental company, include the pricing all in with our bill and help us with all decisions. He was so personable and professional the entire time making sure that we got exactly what we wanted. We never ran out of food or had long buffet lines and are still getting endless compliments on how good everything was! The fact that Ray folded the napkins and filled water glasses at each chair along with turning on the centerpiece candles for us before the reception started was priceless. His team was amazing as far as cleaning up the tables and keeping everything neat. I cannot imagine having hired anyone else! More...

Tasty Rays catered my daughter's graduation party and everything was amazing!! There was plenty of food for 50 to 60 guests, it was presented nicely and stayed hot throughout the whole evening. The Chicken Piccata and Steak tip Skeweres were sooo delicious as was the Portuguese rice, meatballs, 3 cheese baked ziti. Many of our guests raved about the food! OMG!!!! We had our work party last night and Tasty Ray's were the caterers. I have "BBQ snobs" on staff and EVERYONE including the snobs were more than pleased! Every take home container was filled, we even used our processing caps and foils with Chinet plates when we ran out! Very professional business, made the planning, the set up, and take down a breeze! Thank you to Ray and his staff! Can't wait to do it again!! The. BBQ chicken and ribs were fall off the bone fantastic! The pulled pork is addicting!! The sauce on these was a great mix of sweet and spice, not too much on either side just perfect!! The Cheddar cheese and Bacon potato salad, are you kidding me The apple Gorgonzola was amazing!!!! We used Tasty Ray's to cater our daughter's birthday party this past Sunday. We couldn't of been happier. Really good !  Food, service and value.  It doesn't look like much from the outside.  Inside it's simple, but nice.  We arrived about 40 minutes to closing.  The server was very welcoming and attentive.  BIG glass of wine ... $5 !  My friend ordered the corn chowder and grilled cheese - delicious !!  I had the chicken roll ups with garlic mash and roasted broccoli.  Portions were hearty...definitely enough for lunch the next day.  We both liked it a lot and we will be back ! Went there last night on a whim. Glad we did. A little hidden gem tucked away in Mansfield, off the beaten path. Decor is simplistic but food was outstanding. We had the bacon wrapped cheese and bread as an appetizer. It was outstanding! A nice blend of favors that surprisingly work well together; a generous 8 per order. Entree was bourbon marinated steak tips with pineapple with a side of garlic mashed and grilled asparagus. I was a little skeptical when first ordering, but on the recommendation of the server tried it. I was not disappointed. Steak was perfectly done and the marinade sauce had just the right consistently to hang onto the meat. My wife tried  a burger which was generously appointed and nicely done. The side of fries were perfectly fried; crisp on the outside. We split a cannoli. Honestly, that was the only slight disappointment. It had good consistency and average flavor but the shell had been previously filled making it a bit soggy. Filling at the time of service would have solved this slight shortcoming. All in all though, exceptional value for a pretty amazing assortment of choices. Hope they make it. This place has great potential. The restaurant was EMPTY on a Saturday night. I'm assuming it's not on anyone's radar screen yet. I think as more people find out about it it'll get more business. Then, I'll be upset with myself for writing such a good review! One suggestion to the owner: the menu, although it has a fantastic variety of choices needs to be paired down a bit. Focus on your core offerings. Everything though sounded good! We'll be back..... Just left this place for lunch and the food is absolutely incredible... Got the chicken wings which are a lot like the local Wendell wings but in my opinion, much better. .. And the ribs were to die for - falling off the bone with a great flavor. We had the burger and that was great and big... All around the food is wonderful... First time visitor on the recommendation of a friend. Had the bacon cheeseburger. Good size and juicy. Also tried the bacon wraps and those were incredibly good. Great little restaurant with all around great food. My husband and I both really enjoyed it. I had the steak tips, mashed sweet potatoes and the grilled corn, all unique and delicious! Food was amazing.  There was a round of applause when the ribs, mashed potatoes, and veggies were presented on our table.  I personally went with the bacon cheeseburger and asparagus, big time recommendation .  It was if our waitress was reading our minds -  she had the service dialed.  When I thought things couldn't get any better third eye blind came on which made me realize how many great songs they already played.  All around great place!
