Food was absolutely amazing! The mac and cheese was to die for. The cheesy broccoli was amazing too. Tasty Bits also made sure all of the food was vegetarian for my Muslim family even making minor changes to their menu items to ensure there was no meat in any of the food. TastyBits catered my wedding at the end of July this year and knocked it out of the park. I heard nothing but raving reviews from the guests about the pulled pork and the Monterey chicken. Their prices were awesome and Chef Nick is wonderful to work with. I definitely recommend to anyone who's able to book with them since they take pride in their work and services. TastyBits Catering made our Wedding day perfect! From the breakfast buffet to our appetizers for cocktail hour, to our dinner (we choose to have a taco bar) to the cutting of our Wedding cake, everything was amazing, DELICIOUS, on time and the food was hot, as well as a beautiful presentation, the servers were very professional, friendly, extremely helpful and did an excellent job setting everything up to serving cake! Morgan was so flexible to work with, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and kept in contact with me (the Bride) as well as my Wedding Planner, they made sure we had everything we needed. If you're in the least bit concerned about menu offerings, price, or how much food you will need, contact Morgan @ TastyBits, within 5 minutes of speaking with her I knew my Wedding was in good hands!! What’s your signature dish?
Stuffed Pork Loin
Stuffed with prosciutto, spinach, and cranberries, then slow cooked until fork tender and glazed in our very own honey bbq sauce.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I meet with them to first find out what their vision for their special day is. Then we start to build the perfect menu for that day.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that moment right after the meal has started in a wedding reception where everyone is eating and enjoying my feel. The buzz in the room is addicting.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt that he company I worked for previously had treated people unfairly. I felt that I could offer a far better product at a much more affordable price.
