They did a fabulous job catering our small event. Lisa is great to work with. She worked with my budget and actually came in under than what I told her! We had cheeses, meats crackers, lobster rolls and shrimp. People raved about the food! I will most definitely use them again! More...

Lisa and Ken just catered our wedding and our guests RAVED about the food. The short ribs were falling off the bone, the charcuterie was amazing, the fish spectacular. Overall -- the food was delicious and inventive. Instead of a traditional beef, we had short ribs. Instead of pasta primavera for a vegetarian option, we had vegetable korma. It was so good. And Lisa is AMAZING to deal with -- I felt like I had a caterer and a confidant. Just the best. And DO NOT miss out on the empanadas. More...

From beginning of the wedding planning process to the end of our reception dinner, Ken, Lisa, and the team at Tasteful Adventures were tremendous. Not only was the food GREAT, but they are just sweet, thoughtful, and easy going people to work with. Our families raved about the meatloaf, were so excited about the clam chowder, and found a new favorite in the bacon wrapped, bleu cheese stuffed dates. We chose Tasteful Adventures as our caterers because of their commitment to using quality ingredients and transparency about what goes into the food they prepare, but we'd recommend them again and again because of how great of people they were. Lisa and Ken catered our wedding last month (6/10/17) and honestly I'm not even sure where to begin. The food was amazing. I'm still thinking about that short rib and how it was falling off the bone. Everyone -- to a person -- raved about the food. Multiple guests asked for and received second helpings. The passed appetizers and charcuterie were fantastic. As the bride, it was difficult to get the chance to enjoy that stuff, but Lisa made us a special plate of it. And that, honestly, is what is so special about Tasteful Adventures. Yes, they make amazing food that you think about long after your plate is gone, but it's the little gestures that make them stand out from all the rest.Lisa designed a menu just for us based on what we like. She was easy to work with through the whole process, supportive, handled so many details that I barely could even comprehend needed to be handled. They helped make a memory that will last for the rest of our lives. Tasteful Adventures worked with us to craft a delicious menu for some diverse dietary needs. The food was perfect. I'll get short ribs no matter where I go now to see if anyone can come close. I think it will be a challenge. The empanadas come as advertised. It's one of their specialties and it's easy to see why. Brilliant!Their team orchestrated the food service beyond our expectations. They worked seamlessly in the somewhat limited kitchen we afforded them and the dinner service was comparable to any fine restaurant. Lisa & Ken catered our wedding last month, and guests are still telling us "that was the best wedding food I've ever had in my life. " Imagine cooking salmon--perfectly--for 130 guests. It was juicy, flaky, and served with a perfect dill butter. Still dreaming about it!! The menu they developed, of passed appetizers and buffet entrees and sides, was very creative, light, and perfect for the occasion (outdoors on the water in early August). I emailed back and forth with Lisa for months before the wedding, and she was so responsive and accommodating. My family members have a lot of food allergies, and Lisa accommodated every single one, from gluten issues to a celery allergy. All of our appetizers were dairy free, and they were delicious! Tasteful Adventures put together an amazing spread for an event that started at one venue and continued at a second venue. Lisa and her team come up with truly great food and beverage suggestions, and everything was really tasty. As this was a complicated event, we appreciated the pre-planning, scouting out the sites beforehand, and taking care of all those little details our family didn't really have time to attend to. Lisa and Ken MacDonald catered my entire wedding weekend from the rehearsal dinner to our day after breakfast. Lisa worked with me on everything, creating menus and wine lists to compliment each other. They are caring and attentive and will absolutely work within any budget. They are creative and professional paying attention to every detail to create the perfect event for YOU. I know my words can not express the gratitude I have for both Lisa and Ken for making our wedding weekend a memorable one- I am still hearing from friends and family about their Burnt Ends Empanadas, Lobster sliders, 3 Cheese Mac & Cheese, Deviled Eggs (OMG!) and the amazing Rose Sangria with Brandy and Chamboard (to die for!) oh and let's not forget the Oaxacan Mocha Chocolate Cake w/ Cajete and Crema (WOW!!)
