I’ve seen the work of this company and really wanted to bring my vision to life with them. I officially paid in May and did not hear anything back until June when I asked for an update. I had to send this email multiple times. I finally got something back mid July but I wasn’t exactly impressed. I stated a suggestion but got no response. I contracted with this company on March 27th 2020 to bring my logos to life. It is now October 12, 2020 and I still do not have my logos completed. I have requested a refund and NOW they want to provide me with good customer service by assigning an account manager. I asked for a refund earlier and they refused and sent me a mock up that looked like a child who was just learning to draw created it. Hello Latrice! We hate to hear that you are dissatisfied. However, please note that a custom design does take time (as communicated at the time the order was placed). Rushing an order or pausing production due to escalations does sometimes sacrifice the quality of the project and the consumer experience. It is unfortunate that this has been the case here. Our records also indicate that there were multiple violations of our customer agreement during the process (including threatening language and public slander).
