Great dining experience! The owner Chris and his sister were very personable and extremely attentive, I think my iced tea never went 3/4 full, I was very pleased and surprised to receive that level of service in a fast casual style restaurant, my wife and I have spent hundreds at supposed 5 star establishments and we only saw the server 3 times - take the order, bring the food, and receive the check, very differentiated experience. Now onto the food! I had the chicken taco and it was very good, the produce was fresh and chicken was very tender, I had some hot sauce the owner recommended and it gave it just the right amount of heat, really, really complimented the dish! We had a nice fresh side salad too which again was very fresh and fun of flavor, the iced tea that I had earlier was also just as fresh, I even got a to-go cup which of course the server proactively offered.The icing on the cake of course had to be the cake! We had a triple chocolate cake that was out of this world! Very moist and Zero Dryness, great icing too! Not over powered by sweetness. Overall 10/10! I will be back! More...

Great little place for lunch. Food is delicious and the service is friendly and efficient. Â I had the biggest grilled cheese sandwich with tomato & bacon and a side of delicious homemade pasta. Love this place! Like having a private chef! Great place to have a meeting with their back room. Can seat outside and enjoy the weather. I like their mango ice tea. Every day the menu changes and they post it on Facebook. Fresh and delicious! Mac and cheese is like crack. More...

A friend and I went here for lunch. Both of our sandwiches (BBQ chicken and a Reuben) were fresh, well-prepared, and generous. I had a side salad with mine, and my friend had macaroni salad with hers- both sides also fresh and well-prepared. The owner and his girlfriend (who is the server) are super-friendly. So this used to be called the 11th St., Annex when it was owned by the two ugly sisters. Really that's what they call themselves. Well known Fort Lauderdale institution for lunch. Sisters have left on a road trip for America and sold the business to their nephew Chris, and his wife. Chris is a wonderful chef who produces fantastic items for lunch that represent good home cooking. There's always five choices for lunch with fresh baked pastries for dessert.
