How long have you been in business?
About 6yrs. I'm originally from beautiful Lake Tahoe where the number of people and their families coming to experience such a place yearly, is really what brings jobs to the people living there. I was fortunate enough to start working for a vacation rental company called Vacasa. The training provided by this company was amazing as well as the opportunity to move up into different positions where I gained so much knowledge and picked up on so many fun things to take with me when working in the cleaning industry. I've gained experience with general cleaning, guest service, staging homes, sales and marketing, products, etc.
I worked with Vacasa for about 4yrs. as a housekeeper and supervisor as well. I was great at my job! From cleaning to working with owners of properties, guests, and my team of employees too!
About a year ago I started cleaning residential homes and small commercial jobs. I still am great at what I do and I love making families look forward to coming home after I've been there to tidy up...
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. I have my own supplies. I will gladly use your products if you'd prefer, just let me know it's that simple.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the end results of my work at the end of each job. Especially the reactions from my client's when we do a final walk-through. I love making people feel good and I love giving people what they pay for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To me, the difference between good and excellent is in the attention to detail and reliability. I am experienced and dedicated to superior, efficient cleaning service. I am committed to getting the job done, especially when it comes to this service. You can count on me to be professional, timely, efficient and make sure you’re satisfied every step of the way.
