About

I am passionate about fitness, nutrition, and working with people of all ages, body types, and learning styles. My background is in public education and I have worked with all ages from PK-12 to adults for over 10 years. I love teaching people new skills to help them better themselves and watch them grow to become passionate about bettering others as well.

I help clients achieve their fitness goals by tailoring their personal training or nutritional needs according to what their goals are. A part of this process is accountability for what you eat and do outside of the personal training session. Food is a big part of our lives but it can be really hard to focus on eating right all the time when there’s so much great tasting bad food!

A big part of my training in fitness and nutrition counseling in helping clients with their relationship with food. I teach you how to track your macros while also letting yourself have a balance when it comes to having a cheat meal no more than once a week. We can’t be on our A-game all the time but we can learn to eat things in moderation and track our macros so our body is getting enough of the right nutrients... we won’t want the bad food that makes us feel bad about ourselves!

I wouldn’t say there’s a secret to getting the body of your dreams. I would say that this is a lifelong process of working towards improving yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally in terms of your relationship with FOOD! Working out, lifting weights, doing cardio, and eating right are ALL very important things but it really takes time to become GOOD at doing them all SIMULTANEOUSLY! I have my own days where I am not perfect, but it’s CALLED BALANCE!

Achieving your goals comes down to how passionate you are about reaching them and using the tools I teach you to hold yourself accountable to reach them!

Helping people get stronger, feel better about themselves, lose weight, having a better relationship with food, but really just loving who they see in the mirror!

I started by fitness journey when I was 30 and began lifting soon afterwards! I became stronger physically and changed even more once I started focusing more on my nutrition as well! I had become burned on being a public school teacher and decided I’d do better working with people one-on-one than just 25+ students in a classroom! I’m able to reach all my clients through in-person or online training and that’s one of the biggest rewards of my job!

I am extremely passionate about what I do and any of my former and current clients can tell you that! I love what I do and my clients get RESULTS as a RESULT of that! My enthusiasm for helping you progress in your fitness and nutritional needs are far beyond the average trainer. I also love to teach and help you progress through each session to become stronger and overall, feel better about you! You will get results training with me and you’ll feel better after each and every workout or check-in!

I train through online programming as well as in person. I create a workout and nutrition plan with your goals in mind and get you working right away on meeting those goals! Daily check-ins are a part of this process and you can decide whether you want to do 1-2 times per week depending upon which package you choose and how much accountability you feel you need to reach your goals!

I am fully vaccinated as of May 2021. Masks are used if necessary and all equipment is wiped down with antibacterial disinfectant.
