If you are looking for someone to hold you accountable and briefly check in with your progress then consider this option. This service is more for those who don’t require the weekly sessions and maybe more so just need 1-3 times a month. This is structured to meet your needs right where you are.
1:1 Coaching 3 month plan
This is a structured 12 week program for those who are ready to plan, create healthy habits and execute their goals. This is for those who prefer more of a structure and consistent approach. You will receive weekly sessions and 1-2 additional 15-30 minute check ins per week.
