March 17,23, I call this joint to place an order , the guy on the other end Jose , told me they won't take orders by phone, I ask her for the owner because they had make an exception before and he reply am the owner which is not true, he is the Son of the owner and he told me he couldn't make exceptions, surprised by his tone I said . ..ohh F..k, hang up and place the order online and the website show me a time for food to be pick up 5.02pm, I enter this joint at 5.08pm and ask for the food , my order wasn't even started and ask the guy if he was the one who answered the phone before and told me we don't make any exceptions and he start arguing about what I said (ohh f..k) got pissed went to the preparer and pull my ticket and give me my money back and told me to go and buy some place else which I did , make a phone call to a really good place they took the order by phone and was ready when I arrived! At this point have a really bad taste don't know if is the food or the customer service provided by Restaruant owners Son, he is been telling people he's inheriting the restaurant and is the owner but their parents still working at this joint, you can call it entitlement or just been stupid to believe they can mistreat customers who have been patronizing this joint for so many years over 35 to be correct, I have been spending buying food not only for my family but for my workers, many times super busy driving and not able to pull up to order online and thinking that been patronizing this joint for so many years they will make an exception and to be honest the many times one of the owners and some employees where making an exception because never have place an order without paying, obviously all the business deserve respect but for this boy acting like they are the only business in town that can deliver right every single time let me tell them they wrong there have been few times that rather to complain I have thrown away some food!, there are a lot of good places in the phoenix metro area and I know a lot, that they will be happy to take my business instead of this joint!, if this joint think their customer will take this type abuse and don't say anything then is time for customers to show exactly how this joint can survive without customers! Your customer service Sucks and you will find out, time will tell because time has prove me right every single time! More...

Taco Tuesday 1st timer! It was as good as we heard! All tacos on special 5 styles $1.50 well worth it! Nice size tacos all the flavor. TRIPA TACOS WERE THE BEST PERSONALLY I HAVE EVER HAD. So I had to do this review bc i hardly eat out bc I get so disappointed in the restaurants and sometimes I feel like my food taste waaay better than some of these Mexican restaurants. I always make everything from scratch so long story short. This place is waaay over hyped, it's not AMAZING like some people say, I was actually really disappointed with the flautas bc on the business owners picture they don't look nothing like it, they had a nice crunch but very light on the birria, they were so so skimpy on the toppings ( I wish I would've took a picture) but I hadn't eaten all day and I was starving. My hubby got the carne asada burrito and quesabirria and they were ok. Like I said, it's not what I expected and also when I asked for salsa the guy only gave me one red salsa and a green one, they were really small about 1 oz each so we got three entrees so you would think he would give me a little more salsa, I had to ask him for two more of each...it's almost like they don't want to give you any. Anyway we ended up spending 40 bucks for some food that was not only plain but super expensive and very skimpy on everything. NOT WORTH IT! But now that I know, we will NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE. Also if I would've known how bad it was I NEVER would've gave them a tip. Ooops almost forgot...didn't get the birria consume so I can dip the flautas but I didn't want to ask them bc then I would have to wait and by then my flautas will get cold....so disappointed More...
